Enogex Announces $215 Million In New Growth Investments

Enogex has agreed to acquire a 60-mile natural gas gathering system and another 30-mile system from Oxbow Midstream that are both located in the Texas-Oklahoma Granite Wash area. As part of the deal, Cordillera Energy Partners has agreed to provide Enogex with long-term acreage dedication in the area served by the systems encompassing roughly 100,000 net acres. Enogex plans to further expand its natural gas processing capacity by building the McClure processing plant, a 200 MMcf/d facility in northwestern Custer County, OK.
