Enterprise Products, Duncan Energy Complete Merger

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. and Duncan Energy Partners L.P. announced completion of the merger of DEP with a subsidiary of EPD.

DEP is now a wholly owned subsidiary of EPD. DEP’s common units, which traded on the NYSE under the ticker symbol DEP, was delisted and no longer publicly traded as of Sept. 8. EPD’s common units will continue to be traded under the ticker symbol “EPD”.
