143-Mile Guardian Pipeline Expansion/Extension Completed

ONEOK Partners, L.P. has completed the Guardian Pipeline expansion and extension project. The pipeline, meter stations and associated compressor stations are fully in service, extending the existing 143-mile Guardian natural gas pipeline system that originates near Channahon, IL and ends at Ixonia, WI by 119 miles and adding 537,200 Dth/d of capacity. The Guardian Pipeline extension was placed into partial service in December and the first of two compressor stations became fully operational on Feb. 10.
