BP Moves Forward with IPO for U.S. Pipeline Assets BP announced on Sept. 11 that BP Midstream Partners LP, a wholly owned, indirect subsidiary, filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering. The announcement comes after BP said in July it had begun evaluating the formation and IPO of a master limited partnership to enhance shareholder value and to support BP’s strategy to grow its midstream business. Ray Lewis Honored by Houston Pipeliners Association The Pipeliners Association of Houston celebrated a very special career at its June 5 meeting, honoring long-time ROSEN Group Director Ray Lewis on his 60th anniversary working in the industry with its 2017 Pipeliner of the Year Award. DCP Midstream Partners to buy assets of Philips-Spectra joint venture DCP Midstream Partners LP has acquired the assets of a joint venture between Phillips 66 and Spectra Energy Corp to create the largest natural gas liquids (NGL) producer and gas processor in the United States.
