Pipeline Law Firm Names New Energy Regulatory Partner
Caldwell Boudreaux Lefler PLLC, a Houston-based oil and gas pipeline law firm, has added Sabina Walia to its energy regulatory team.
Walia has represented major natural gas pipeline operators in a variety of FERC proceedings. She also advises clients on pipeline compliance, negotiates an array of midstream agreements, and advises clients on natural gas and liquids infrastructure projects.
“Sabina is an outstanding lawyer who will materially add to our ability to serve our clients. Her broad experience in the natural gas area will be of great help in handling our expanding midstream practice,” said Henry S. May Jr., Special Counsel to Caldwell Boudreaux Lefler PLLC and former head of the energy regulatory practice at Vinson & Elkins.
Walia earned her law degree from Georgetown Law School and her undergraduate degree at Rice University. She is a member of the Energy Bar Association and a frequent presenter at energy regulatory continuing legal education programs.
