Atlantic Sunrise Pipeline Approved FERC authorized Williams Partners’ Atlantic Sunrise Expansion Project – an expansion of the existing Transco natural gas pipeline – to connect Marcellus gas supplies with markets in the Mid-Atlantic and southeastern United States. The project is designed to supply natural gas to over 7 million American homes by connecting producing regions in northeastern Pennsylvania to markets in the Mid-Atlantic and southeastern states.
