FERC Approves Williams Partners’ Dalton Expansion Project Williams Partners L.P. has won Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approval for Transco’s fully contracted Dalton Expansion project to provide additional natural gas service to utilities and a municipal entity in northwest Georgia.
