McElroy
McElroy has launched a new machine in its flagship TracStar® series that offers advanced emissions reduction and automation technologies allowing users to meet today’s toughest regulations in air quality and data logging. The TracStar 900 Series 2 Automatic features a Cummins US EPA Tier 4/EU Stage IIIB engine that burns ultra-low sulfur diesel. Fusion functions are controlled automatically with The Coach® pendant which can upload joint reports to the McElroy DataLogger® Vault™ for storage, analysis and validation of pipeline integrity. The all-terrain vehicle features rubber-crawler tracks and is self-propelled via wireless remote control. Montabert
The Montabert CPA 225E drilling attachment enables operators to transition from digging to drilling in minutes. Designed for use on 15-25 ton excavators, the 3,197-lb. CPA 225E drills holes measuring 1½-3 inches in diameter and up to 14 feet deep. An optional rod adder can extend the drill depth to 26 feet. A radio remote control allows the CPA 225E drilling attachment to be operated outside the excavator cab. www.montabert.com.

Ingersoll Rand introduces the new LS2-150 Hydraulic Land Rig Man Rider® Winch to safely lift people working on onshore oil rigs. The winch offers a number of built-in safety features such as: Overload Protection Device – Prevents the winch from operating if it detects a load that exceeds 125% of the 150 kg. (330 lbs.) safety rating for the winch; Emergency Stop Button – The operator can stop operation of the winch with the push of one button; and Slack Line Prevention System. Terramac®
Terramac has partnered with its North American dealer network to launch a 6-week tow and show for its new 360-degree rotating unit, the RT14R. The RT14R will be showcased throughout Terramac’s U.S. and Canadian dealer network. Built with a rotating upper frame, the Terramac RT14R can carry and dump up to 28,000 lbs. of material at any position. The 40,000-lb. machine is powered by a QSL9.0 320-hp Tier 4 Final Cummins diesel engine. Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas
Hyundai announced that the two wheeled excavators, the 14-metric-ton HW140 and 21-metric-ton HW210, will soon be available in North America. These excavators are the first Hyundai wheeled models to be Tier 4-compliant, and both deliver improved performance, increased fuel efficiency, an enhanced cab and added safety features. Both are fitted with the high-performance, eco-friendly six-cylinder Cummins QSB6.7 engine. The HW140 has an operating weight of 30,600 lbs. and the HW210 has an operating weight of 46,740 lbs. Denso USA
Denso USA, a subsidiary of Winn & Coales International, offers a new internal pipe and tank lining. The Archco 453HT lining can handle high temperatures – up to 700o F (371o C) from welding operations and disperses heat. The lining can also handle the aggressive thermal and chemical environments found in process vessels and piping in the oil and gas market, including H2S, with a service temperature up to 325°F (163°C).
