Bourdon Named Chairman of American Midstream
Lynn L. Bourdon III was appointed as chairman, president and CEO of American Midstream Partners LP, the company said Dec. 14. Steve Bergstrom retired from those positions, effective Dec. 10, the company added. Bergstrom will continue serving as a director on the board of directors.
Most recently, Bourdon was president and CEO of Enable Midstream Partners LP. Prior to that, he was group senior vice president of NGL and natural gas marketing, petrochemical, refined products and marine services at Enterprise Products Partners LP.
Bourdon joined Enterprise as senior vice president of NGL supply and marketing in 2003. Prior to working there, he was senior vice president and chief commercial officer for Orion Refining Corp. He also worked at En*Vantage, PG&E Gas Transmission, Valero and Dow Chemical Co.
He has a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and a master’s of business administration degree from the University of Houston. American Midstream Partners LP is based in Denver.
