Powder River Crude Gathering System Begins Operations

Outrigger Energy began operating its crude oil gathering system in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming. The company has received a long-term dedication from Devon Energy Corporation covering leasehold acres located in Campbell, Converse, and Johnson Counties.

Outrigger’s facilities include crude oil gathering pipelines with pumps, measurement, and other facilities located at each well pad, providing for a capacity of up to 60,000 bpd. The gathering system provides producers with a complete wellhead-to-market midstream solution through a connection with the Powder River Crude Services LLC pipeline, which in turn provides access to both rail and downstream pipeline markets.

“We are excited to commence operation of our Powder River Basin crude oil gathering system, which adds another high growth asset to our previously announced Permian Basin systems,” said Dave Keanini, Outrigger’s CEO.
