Construction Starts On Texas-Based LNG Facility

Applied LNG held a groundbreaking on Nov. 20, marking the start of construction on its Midlothian LNG facility – a first in the northwest region of Texas.

The Midlothian plant will consist of up to five liquefiers with a production capacity of 86,000 gpd of LNG, per liquefier, and a total on-site LNG storage capacity of up to 1.5 million gallons. The plant is expected to be operational by mid-year.
