New Pipeline To Deliver U.S. Gas To Mexico States

Tarahumara Pipeline, S.de R.L. de C.V, a subsidiary of Grupo Fermaca, has been selected in a public auction by the Mexican Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) to build and operate the natural gas pipeline for the northern region of Mexico in the state of Chihuahua.

The pipeline will be 380 km and cost more than US$440 million. The pipeline is being built as a conduit to deliver natural gas from U.S. plays to several Mexican states.
