Storage Fields In New York Offered For Sale Or Sublease

NiSource Gas Transmission & Storage (NGT&S) announced that Columbia Gas Transmission plans to make the Greenwood and North Greenwood storage fields in Steuben County, NY available for sale or sublease.

NGT&S is seeking expressions of interest in purchasing the fields or subleasing production rights to the fields.

The two storage fields consist of 6,700 total acres – including nine storage wells, three miles of storage pipeline and a 1,000-hp compressor station. Of the nine storage wells, four have active injection and withdrawal capabilities and one is an Underground Injection Control (UIC) injection well.
