September Personnel Changes

The board of directors of ONEOK, Inc. elected Gerald B. Smith as a director. He joins 11 other ONEOK directors on the board.

Mustang, part of international energy services company John Wood Group PLC, hired Forrest Suehs as global manager of electrical engineering. Suehs has 36 years of experience in electrical and instrument engineering management in the oil/gas and related industries.

Eagle Energy Partners, a wholly-owned subsidiary of EDF Trading Limited, has appointed Hank Jones chief operating officer. Based in Houston, Jones will be responsible for developing Eagle’s business platform and expanding commercial activities.

Richard G. Newell
is the new administrator of the Energy Information Administration (EIA) where he is responsible for directing the nation’s primary energy statistical and analytical agency.

FMC Technologies, Inc. has named Jay A. Nutt vice president. He assumed his current responsibilities as controller in August 2008.

Trey Almond is the new treasurer of Colonial Pipeline. He is responsible for managing cash, debt, capital structure and risk-management functions. Almond joined Colonial in 2006.

Antoine Lafargue was named CFO at Falcon Gas Storage Co. He will play a key role in developing and implementing long-term growth and business expansion plans for Falcon’s NorTex facilities and the MoBay Storage Hub where plans are in place to obtain project financing later this year and be in commercial operation in 2011.

Trelleborg Offshore Boston, Inc. has appointed Ed Urquhart as president. He is responsible for mid- and long-term growth for the company (formerly known as Trelleborg Emerson and Cuming Inc.).

Flow-Cal, Inc. has hired Scott Tanner as a liquid measurement specialist. He will work with Liquid Applications Manager George Barnes and Vice President of Product Development Randy Herman to further develop Flow-Cal’s liquid product line.

New Jersey Resources elected Robert B. Evans to the board of directors. He served as president/CEO at Duke Energy Americas from January 2004 to March 2006.

Russell Widner has joined Polyguard Products as national sales manager. He has 22 years of corrosion control and cathodic protection expertise.

Millennium Pipeline Company, L.L.C. added two senior executives – Stan Brownell as vice president, Marketing and Business Development and John V. Keith as vice president, Finance and Controller.

SCANA Corporation has elected Joshua W. Martin III, a partner at the law firm of Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, to its board of directors.
J. Mark Robinson is now affiliated with URS as a senior energy consultant in the pipeline, electric transmission and distribution, and hydroelectric business lines. Robinson recently retired from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission as the director of the Office of Energy Projects. In this capacity, he was responsible for, among other things, the licensing, safety and administration of approximately 1,600 non-federal hydropower projects, siting of 500-2,000 miles of interstate natural gas pipelines per year, and siting and safety of LNG terminals.


Patrick Shannon
, vice president, Construction Equipment Finance, Volvo Financial Services North America, was named vice president, Finance, and CFO for Volvo Construction Equipment North America, Asheville, NC.

Kevin Sullivan, a valve sales and engineering professional, has joined JAG flocomponents LP to establish a sales office to serve the Middle East region. He will be responsible for establishing a valve distribution network for JAG/NEWAY that will support industrial requirements of this growing area.

AMETEK, Inc. appointed Matthew J. Cole as vice president and general manager of its Advanced Measurement Technology Division.

Roger S. Siboni
has joined the IronPlanet board of directors. IronPlanet is an online auction company for used construction and agricultural equipment.
