ArcLight Capital Partners Forms North Sea Midstream Partners
ArcLight Capital Partners LLC announced formation of North Sea Midstream Partners (NSMP) and the acquisition by NSMP of Teesside Gas Processing Plant Ltd.
TGPP is located at Seal Sands in Teesside, England. It has processing capacity of 450 MMcf/d serving customers via the CATS pipeline system from the central North Sea. It is completing construction of a second processing train that will add 225 MMcf/d of capacity.
